Our Local Fish Eatery
Whether you choose to fish on the farm and have our cooks prepare it, or if you’d rather skip that step and just join us for a bite without catching it yourself, we love preparing delicious food for you in our outdoor kitchen every Saturday and Sunday 12pm-6pm during the warmer months (first weekend in May through the first weekend in September). Please, no carry in food or drink.
Catch & Cook
Enjoy your freshly caught rainbow trout at our casual on-farm eatery! We’ll grill your trout to perfection, and add fresh sides such as local wild rice pilaf, fresh baked Birdseed Bread from Barking Dog Bakery down the road, and apples to showcase our Hobo Fish Spice!
No Fishing Required
Don’t want to fish for your supper? Lay back and relax while you enjoy our Hobo Trout Dinner with fresh local fish we catch each morning. We also offer other scrumptious menu items like our Trout Tacos, which show off our smoked trout and trout spread in three refreshing street tacos, served on their own or with sides. Want a lighter grilled trout meal? Try our Rainbow Trout Sandwich: grilled trout on Barking Dog Bakery Birdseed Bread with spinach, tomato, and our special sauce. We also offer a vegetarian-friendly Sleazy Cheese Sandwich, as well as other non-fish options and snacks. See our full menu for more!
