FAQ; Why isn't the Fish Farm open for pondside fishing & retail sales on
Monday through Thursday? *
However- Our Group Outings & Tours "by Arrangement" are
most often scheduled on weekdays or times that we are typically "closed."
During these times we do jockey our chores about to accommodate... |
OPEN CASUALLY: While we always appreciate your business, when stopping by you may find us cutting and smoking fish for our restaurants, moving our fish about, feeding them or cleaning tanks... Sometimes we could be teaching school kids about fish farming, hobo chefin' for a group or really any multiple of things... Therefore we are open "casually" as to not disappoint folks who may expect another kind of service... If your visit requires immediacy or certain kinds of attention it may be best to call ahead. During the times of year when folks are likely to be out and about we tend to limit our weekend chores, build a welcoming fire and make ourselves better available. This happens often and especially over our early spring season (April - May)... later fall season (Oct. - Nov.), & around the holidays... OPEN WITH WEEKEND VIGAR: The Hoots & Happenings Season- Mid May through September with all it entails dictates a change in pace and expectations! |
